RVTmed.store provides safe and reliable delivery of medical devices and clinical supplies to licensed healthcare practices in the United States. All products are shipped directly from authorized manufacturers or distributors to your clinic or business facility to maintain product integrity and authenticity.

Shipping Options and Fees

Standard shipping (continental United States):

  • Free shipping for orders of 200 USD or more.
  • 20 USD flat rate shipping for orders under 200 USD.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after the order has shipped, depending on destination.

Specialized / expedited shipping:

  • Certain temperature‑sensitive or regulated products (for example, exosomes) ship next‑day air in validated cold‑chain packaging to maintain product viability.
  • A 150 USD overnight shipping charge applies to exosome shipments and other designated cold‑chain products; this fee is not waived.

International shipping:

  • At this time, online orders are fulfilled only within the United States.
  • For any international inquiry, please contact Support@RVTmed.com so we can review availability and regulatory requirements on a case‑by‑case basis.

Order Processing and Timing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
  • Most in‑stock items ship within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and, where required, verification of clinic or provider credentials.
  • Delivery estimates do not include delays outside our control, such as weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or other force majeure events.

Shipping Process

  • Orders ship directly from authorized manufacturers or distribution partners to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • A shipment confirmation email with tracking information is sent once your order has left the warehouse.
  • Deliveries may require a signature or receipt by an authorized representative of your medical practice or business.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or purely residential addresses. Orders must be shipped to a verified clinic or business location.
  • Certain medical products may have additional shipping restrictions or documentation requirements based on state and federal regulations. Any such requirements will be communicated prior to shipment.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. Report any visible damage, missing items, or suspected loss within 48 hours by emailing Support@RVTmed.com and including your order number, photos (if available), and a description of the issue.
  • We will coordinate with the manufacturer and shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
