How We Work: Fulfillment, Shipping, and Returns
Order Fulfillment
We offer streamlined online ordering for all our regenerative medical products. Each order is processed promptly, with real-time inventory tracking to ensure you get the products you need, when you need them.
Shipping
All products are shipped directly from the Manufacturers to ensure trackability and regulatory best practices. We offer standard shipping 3-7 business days (depending on where you are) for free on order over $200, and $20 dollar shipping on orders under $200. With the exception of exosomes. To keep exosomes viable they must be shipped overnight in cryogenic packaging and cost $150 dollars to ship. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, along with a ton of great information!
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction and regulatory compliance are our top priorities. Any unused, unopened, and undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. Please contact our Support Team at support@RVTMed.com to initiate a return or exchange, or with any issues with your order.
