Eligibility and How to Start a Return
RVTmed.store supplies medical devices and clinical supplies to licensed healthcare professionals, clinics, and authorized business entities. Because of the regulated and sensitive nature of these products, our return and refund policy is designed to protect product integrity and patient safety.
- Return window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
- Who may return: Only the verified purchaser (clinic, practice, or authorized provider) listed on the original order may initiate a return.
To start a return:
- Email Support@RVTmed.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Do not ship any products back until you receive written return authorization and instructions from our team.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all safety seals, lot numbers, and labels intact.
- Include all accessories, documentation, and components originally provided in the box.
Additional conditions:
- Medical consumables (for example, tubes, kits, injectables, biologics) are not returnable if opened, used, or if any seal is broken.
- All returned items are subject to inspection and verification before a refund is approved.
Manufacturer and Distributor Returns
Due to manufacturer and distributor agreements, many returnable products must be shipped directly back to the manufacturer or authorized warehouse.
- When your return is approved, we will provide specific shipping instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Non‑Returnable Products
Unless otherwise required by law, the following are not eligible for return:
- Sale, closeout, or promotional items clearly marked as non‑returnable.
- Gift cards.
- Opened or partially used medical consumables or sterile products.
- Equipment or devices that show signs of installation, use, physical damage, or modification.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact Support@RVTmed.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, photos (if available), and a description of the issue.
- We will review the claim and work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate and in line with manufacturer policies.
Exchanges
We do not process direct item‑for‑item exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product:
- Follow the return process for the original item, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
- We will notify you by email once we receive and inspect your return.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
- If you have not received your refund 15 business days after our approval email, please contact Support@RVTmed.com with your order details.
Restocking Fees
To offset handling, inspection, and manufacturer processing costs, restocking fees may apply:
- Consumables: Minimum restocking fee of 50 USD per return shipment.
- Capital equipment and devices (for example, microneedling systems, laser platforms, hydradermabrasion units): Restocking fee may be up to 1,500 USD per device, depending on the product, condition upon return, and manufacturer policy.
Final Sale Items
Products clearly marked as “final sale,” gift cards, and certain specialty or custom‑configured items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective as determined through our review process.
General Notes
- Unauthorized returns, returns sent without prior approval, or returns received outside the applicable return window may be refused or returned to the sender.
- All return and refund decisions are made in accordance with applicable regulations governing medical devices and clinical supplies and are intended to prevent product diversion and ensure safety.
